- Confirm the iPad has internet (Wi‑Fi or cellular).
- Check the event is enabled in dashboard Setup.
- Ensure you are signed into the correct account and event in the app.
- Wait a few minutes — queued uploads resume when connectivity returns.
- Force-quit and reopen the app if uploads stay stuck after reconnecting.
If photos never appear in Guests, verify the session was created (guest completed at least one capture) and retention has not expired.
